Charlie's Produce leadership development work with FreshVue.
At FreshVue we use the Kolbe A, B and C indices in coordination with a variety of other data gathering tools to pinpoint an individual's unique abilities to contribute to their current place of work. Through this process, we identify our client's striving instincts or conative strengths (Kolbe A), the individual's perception of the requirements of their current job (Kolbe B), and the reality of what the job demands on a day to day basis (Kolbe C).
You have been identified as a key individual to determine the unique conative requirements of at least one particular position with which you work closely. To aid us in the process of interpreting the relationship between the Kolbe A, B and C data, and after you have filled out the Kolbe C for the designated role (see your original email for details), please complete the questions below to provide information about your work with the person who holds this role, and the current needs of that role.
